Harvests, seals, hunting plans and the reports for the authorities — kept in one place, in the web app.
The paperwork of a ground does not have to live in a drawer.
Harvests are recorded with everything the law and the ground need: date, species, sex, age class, method of hunting, the hunter, the seal and what happened with the game. Seals are stocked, issued to members and used up, each with its own history. Hunting plans go through approval, and how they are being met is visible against the harvests. On top of that the app prepares the Czech statutory forms Mysl 1 to Mysl 8.
One record instead of three
The harvest, the seal and the plan belong together, so they live in one entry. Nothing is copied from a notebook into a spreadsheet and from there into a form.
Who may do what is set by the role
Issuing and taking back seals, approving plans and editing records follow the roles in the ground — not an honour system.
Ready for the authorities
The statutory forms Mysl 1–8 are generated from the records that are already in the app, and every listing exports to PDF.
Harvests with everything that belongs to them
Each entry carries the date, the species, sex and age class, the method of hunting, the hunter and the author, the number of animals, the weight and price, the seal used and what happened with the game. The state says whether it was harvested, found, a roadkill or an accident.
Examination and inspection of the game
An examination report can be ordered straight from the harvest, and the game can be sent for inspection — the columns for it are part of the listing, so you see at a glance what is still waiting.
Seals from stock to harvest
Seals are kept with their number, state and holder: stocked, issued, used. Each row keeps its history — when it was stocked and by whom — and a used seal is tied to the harvest and its species.
Issuing a seal to a member
The manager issues a seal to a particular member, takes it back into stock or cancels it. Who may do that follows the roles in the ground.
Hunting plans with approval
A plan is set per season, species, sex and age class, with the planned number and the harvested one next to it. It starts as a draft, then waits for approval, and is approved or rejected — nobody changes an approved plan on the quiet.
How the plan is being met
Every species has its entry with the Latin name, its group and the number of harvests behind it, so it is clear where the plan is being met and where it is not.
Statutory forms (Czech Republic)
The app prepares the forms from the records that are already in it. They are the Czech statutory ones; other countries have their own rules.

Questions about records
- Do I still have to keep seals on paper?
- Seals live in the app with their number, state and holder. The manager stocks them, issues them to members and takes them back; a used seal stays tied to its harvest, so the trail is complete.
- Does the app produce the forms for the authorities?
- It prepares the Czech statutory forms Mysl 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 from the records you already keep. Other countries have their own rules, so the forms are Czech.
- Who may approve a hunting plan?
- It follows the roles in the ground. A plan starts as a draft, waits for approval and is then approved or rejected — an approved plan is not quietly rewritten.
- Can I record a harvest without a signal?
- Yes. Entries made in the field are stored on the phone and sync into the ground once you are back on signal.
- Can the listings be exported?
- Every listing exports to PDF, so what you hand over to the authorities or to the members is the same data you already keep.
